The Draw of flats in Ninex Sriflex City, Sector 04, Sohna, South of Gurgaon to be developed by Ninex Group. The draw will be conducted under the Affordable Housing Policy 2013 of “Ninex Sriflex City Sohna” Gurgaon.
Allotment of flats will be carried out through a lucky draw system in the presence of DTCP Haryana with utmost precision and transparency on June 28th, 2024 in Gurugram, with a live broadcast on YouTube.
Due to the current pandemic, and to ensure the safety of all the participants from COVID-19, the Ministry of Home Affairs guidelines will be strictly followed and therefore no public gathering will be held.
As per the instructions provided by MHA and DGTCP Haryana Chandigarh/Deputy Commissioner of Gurugram, the draw will be held with a maximum of 50 people present at the site, including staff, drawing board, and competitors. The remaining participants can watch the live broadcast on YouTube.
